CAT 7.2's OUT

drivers work great but for some reason cant get to the advanced section to get to change all the settings for some reason..

as in the ss posted earlier

all i get is the easy set up wizard for the desktop size etc and the

quick settings.

but have checked with fraps on GRAw (ghost recon advanced war fighter) which is the main game i play and have got some more fps but wanted the advanced to tweak the settings some more.

might try a reinstall and see what happens

Anyone NOT using Vista or Crossfire should use ATi Tray Tools instead of CCC. End of :)

Still says 7.1 after installing them:confused: Had the same problem with 6.8 and 6.9 I think..

They should go in as over install or ati software uninstall first, move the extracted driver folderC:/ati/support...(drivers You don't want) to somewhere else, on install you can only get the ones You want..or nothing

Wise words. Got a severe slow down when going up to 7.1 from 6.12, and a further slow down when going from 7.1 to 7.2. Think Ill stick with 6.12 and tray tools =D All on xp pro 32bit

CCC has gone walkabouts on my 7.2 install...

Anyone else having this problem?

Only get this:

Does anyone notice a slight screen flickering when switching between desktop and opengl apps with these latest drivers?

I use VLC and the only output module (excluding GDI) that works for playback is the opengl one, so now whenever I open a video in vlc I get this brief annoying screen flicker, and get the same thing when it closes.

Didn't have this problem with the last set. Thoughts?

edit:

I'm just using the driver on it's own btw, no CCC for me.
