My CPU usage has doubled for some reason now with these drivers when watching Youtube 1080p.

Before it was around 28-40%, now it hovers at around 58-60%.

If i turn "hardware acceleration" off in Flash, CPU usage jumps and stays at 100%. Never did that before regardless of whether "hardware acceleration" was on or off. Before it stayed around 28-40% as I said.

Im using it on my Dell Studio 1555. Shouldn't really matter though, the Mobility 4570 should be able to cope with 1080p fine as well as the Dual Core T4300.

Hmmm. Ill completely uninstall and reinstall them rather than installing over the top of the 10.5's.

Just downloaded it for my 5970 and did a quick run of Crysis Warhead before and after ... some nice gains on the max & Average, but look at the min fps!!. Did this a few times and always lower min fps ...

Could you link to the video you were watching so I can do a comparison with the same video?
