Catalyst 11.11a performance driver

ok i installed the 11.11a drivers and the Caps2 profiles i also changed the exe from TESV to fallout3 but framerates are still all over the place with ultra and 16af and 8aa... RECORDED via fraps over the initial scene to the beheding... Min FPS 20 Max FPS 62 Average FPS 42.0.... still poor performance with my setup it should not be budging below 60 cap...

anybody else got fps drop offs with 11.11a's in Serious Sam 3 BFE with 6970 crossfire ? , drops to 28.6 fps at times and also tried it with crossfire disabled but that did nothing either

Looking around these don't seem to be working very well for a lot of people, many complaining of green flickering and texture errors :(

My 6970 is idling at 1.0v with the 11.11b drivers. Was and should idle at 0.9v. Small issue but worth reporting to you guys. No FPS improvement in TES either.

Been having an issue now for the last couple of releases of ATI drivers. Because airflow isn't great in my case, I run my 6970 fan at 50% on manual and this keeps it at manageable temps. However when I reboot, CCC doesn't activate the manual setting unless I go into CCC and turn OFF manual (it shows as being ticked ON but doesn't activate it) and then turn it back ON and click apply.

This is quite frustrating, as, if I forget to do this procedure and go straight into a game, I hear the card fan whizzing up and down but never settling and the temperature of the card rises to 100°C.

Advice welcome please :)
