So what was the final thoughts after the 7.6's? Speed improvement or just fixes for other things? Kinda gone very quiet on the 2900 front....... :rolleyes:

Someone report back about the x1800xt pleaseeee, i have the 7.6 but didnt bench mark before or after because i just judge on game play and only noticed a bit of differance.

he can;t provide the 7.7cats cuz the probably too unstable for use and everyone gonna start the ati drivers are crap threads again.

id hate to be a beta tester unless the hardware im testing is provided to me for free and im paid to do the testing.

not really if i was to get a top of the range ati card every 9 months or so for free that would be just like paying me £400 a year for testing 12 drivers making it about £35 per driver, and how long does beta testing take, play a few games, run a few demos and benchamrks, maybe all of 2 hours
