From what I've read you need a relatively potent amount to have a tangible impact.

But if you're having trouble sleeping, I'd examine your sleep hygiene / diet and physical activity as well as meditation etc...

Been researching CBD. Seems like a massive percentage sold these days is naff. Extremely good reviews of company i am going with, plus, personal recommendations too. They tick all the right boxes in what to look for when choosing a reputable CBD selling company.

As for sleep hygiene, i only wash once every 3 months! Lol :p
