Chain Rust

Yeah my bike sits outside in all weathers too, but this Silkolene seems to be alright, if that lets me down I'm gonna give that Sparex stuff a go, plus, it's a great price.

Let me know how you get on with the Silkolene, hopefully it's better then the castrol.

Well, put a fair bit on 3 weeks ago, (too much, flung off everywhere the first outing) , cleaned it all up, and since then none has flung off, and the chain doesn't need touching. In fact it's only just started to look like it wants re-applying soon, but I reckon another 2 - 3 weeks before It needs some more.

The Silkolene comes out the can like a grey foam rather than thick liquid, much like the Sparex agricultural stuff.
