Champions League 16th/17th *Spoilers*

Fabregas really lucky not to get a yellow for pushing the player over, so unnecessary. That Fernando looks like a really good holding player, made several really good clearences, especially that overhead one.

What are Arsenal fans opinions of Vela? I remember him being touted as the next big thing but I haven't really heard much of him lately?

I think we can win this match, especially if we have some players back, so not all bad, apart from their two goals.

Fabianski was at fault you could say for both goals, damn we need a new keeper, although you would imagine Almunia would have stopped both goals from happening tonight.

Even though they lost, I still think Arsenal will win the tie overall.

A single goal at the Emirates and the tie turns on it's head.

I think Fabregas is out the door this summer. If he does get sold then let's hope we get a massive wedge of cash and Wenger SPENDS it. I'm sorry, but Denilson/Nasri/Rosicky will not be able to plug the gap that Fabregas leaves if he does go.

Average performance by Arsenal. Campbell, Rosicky, and Vermalen were the only players who were above average in their performance for me. I can't understand why Rosicky was taken off for Wallcott, who touched the ball the best part of five times after he came on. Fabregas was poor for me today, very few of his passes completed and every time he got the ball in the final third was facing the wrong way, so the attack broke down. His corners were absolute horse excrement, every time went long towards Bender. Why can't he just throw one in the middle where Vermallen and Campbell are waiting? They are both strong headers of the ball and even if they miss it, in that area a scramble towards the ball could be brilliant.

As for Fabregas leaving in the summer I would be happy for £40mil and Yaya Toure. That £40mil would happily get a world class keeper and striker. Combined with the few mil we will get from offloading a few players that would also get another choice centre back.

I don't really understand what Wenger was complaining to the ref about for the second goal, if they had thrown the ball away instead of handing it to the ref it wouldn't have been in the spirit of the game... Arsenal were just caught napping only themselves to blame.

I thought Sagna played well

None of our keepers at Arsenal would get a game at any other top 4 club. We need to get a first choice international keeper between the sticks again just like in our past periods of success, ie Seaman, Lehmann etc.
I expect us to concede whenever the opposition get near the goal at the moment.
