They will if they win it will they not? Have the FA not sorted the rules out after last seasons farce?

I'm not actually sure, but it would make sense that the winners by default are in the following year's competition.

arsenal played great no club in the world could stop them when they play like that, eboue is brilliant, also why doesnt gilberto get the same respect as makelele i think he plays just as good as him in that holding midfield role

Dear oh dear, what a farce.
What a complete and total farce.
Just try & say 'Fair play to Arsenal, they played really well' it'll speed your recovery right up:)

Look on Vieira's face walking off the pitch said it all - that wasn't part of the plan, was it?

In fact it seems some of Juventus' players couldn't wait until the final whistle to get off the pitch, they couldn't hack it, they thought they could just turn up and brush us aside.

Another stunning performance by Trezeguet too.

now I cant stand arsenal and the pleasure it gives me seeing them knocked out of the champs league year on year is nothing short of immense.

but I got to say the last 3 performances have been nothing short of sensational, made even more so by the age of some of there players.

The back four were immense Toure what a player he is at the back more important to arsenal at the moment than Campbell, Eboue and Flamini were excellent and senderos has come on leaps and bounds this season.

TBH I think on this performance Lauren / Campbell and Cole may have a problem getting back into the team.

In the middle of the park, Fabregas is nothing short of brilliant, he can tackle, , he has the engine to run all day and he can split the defence with his short sharp passing. Hleb, looks a touch off the boil of the others but he has the talent to be fantastic and has improved throughout the season. Pires although getting on played everything simple, did hardly anything wrong and shut Vieira out of the game. Gilberto, superb. Reyes / Henry again were superb the runs they make and ability they have is without question.

I once said Henry never turns up for the big games.

I retract that statement wholeheartedly this season he has not only turned up but controlled, ran and won the big games. simply irresisteble.

watch out chelsea next season, 1-2 new signings and with this season experience onboard Arsenal will be a whole different ball game next year.

I'm pretty sure if Arsenal win it and finish 5th in the league then spurs( if they finish 4th) have to drop out of the CL .
So you can only have 4 teams in the CL

Very well done to Arsenal. I havnt seen Juve played off the pitch since their loss to Milan at the beginning of the season.
Juve just lacked that player who could improvise, bring something out of nothing. They lacked DelPiero. And to a lesser extent, Nedved.
Zlatan & Trez hardly touched the ball. Fabregas showed Viera & Emerson up time & time again. Reyes was impressive tonight as well.
Henrys second goal, while it wasnt spectacular, was very well controlled and executed. At times Arsenals passing was breathtaking.
The only downer is that Hleb didnt seem to get into gear until the 2nd goal went in.

1 goal in Turin pretty much seals it for Arsenal imo, and i dont think that Arsenal will haae too much trouble with either Inter or Villareal in the Semi's.
However. I dont think Arsenal have what its takes to beat Lyon, Milan or Barca. They can beat Benfica though.

I got that impression from Vieria's pre-match talk.

Wasnt the reason Vieira left Arsenal was to go in search of Champions League glory? :p

YES!!!! YES!!!!! YES!!!!

Like madrid, we came out and the whole Arsenal team ensured that Juve were cack.

Things are looking good. No Viera or the two blokes who were sent off in the second leg!! WOOWOOWOOPHEEEE!!

Makelele is pants though.

I wouldnt celebrate yet guys/gals.
While Zebina & Camoranesi were sent off, and Viera misses the 2nd leg, you forget that Blasi can more than fill in for Zebina. Nedved for Viera & Del Piero for Camoranesi.
