Change to MM access after 1st January 2024

I feel like someone took a management course and then told their various wards that as part of this year's appraisal process please demonstrate how you or your cost centre (which the forum is) is demonstrating value and impact to the company.

Then someone said I know how to increase customer engagement 10% this year!

Or maybe

Mods wanted a way to automate the existing rules, and so needed to set specific numerical boundaries/requirements, so the software could automatically detect those who didn’t meet the criteria?

I still don't get why if people care so much about the MM, why they don't seem to care about any other parts of the forum, it really is baffling me.

If the MM is that important to you either post 15 times in 90 days, or asked to be banned/deleted as you clearly don't care a single jot about the 'community' you could always use Gumtree which is what MM is without the rubbish you don't seem to care about. :rolleyes:

Fantastic call.

Except for one little thing.

The forums are run completely by a team of volunteers. None of the mod team are employed by OcUK.

I've recreated my sheet in LibreOffice since I'm still on holiday so not at work PC. He'll probably sell it sometime in June I reckon. :) Assuming the relevant 15 posting rate is complied with until then :D

Edit: To be fair, on a second look, there is a hint of a 3rd order polynomial taking place in the last few drops. so maybe sometime in March? ;)

Oh so it's like a gentleman's club now, how many new members are signing up each day? I'd have thought forums are less likely to attract the younger audience, compared to when I signed up in my teens!

Not sure there are many gentlemen's clubs with such lax rules......

You last used the MM in early 2020, so hardly seems like you will be missing much!
