Chemical attack in London...

So far it seems to be road rage but what a horrendous thing to happen.

An eyewitness, who asked to stay anonymous, told Sky News: "There was a man in a white car with two children. It looked like he tried to run over a woman. They had been fighting.

"One girl in the back had her hand on the window - you can see the mark on the car.

"He grabbed one of the two children and violently grabbed them and slammed them on the floor.

"The lady then shouted 'My eyes! My eyes! Call the police, my eyes!' Then I saw him run off. It was all so traumatising."

That does not sound even remotely like road rage. It sounds like domestic violence. The use of a corrosive substance screams premeditation.

London Assembly Member Marina Ahmad said on social media there had been a traffic collision on Lessar Avenue "with a man assaulting occupants in a car".

That sounds even more like domestic violence. Hypothesis: she's trying to escape him with her kids, he gives chase, rams their car, then enters the vehicle to attack them.

The nature of the attack is far too specific to be a random road rage event. Corrosive substance? An attack on the woman and the kids? No way these people were not already acquiainted with each other. This was personal, and it does not sound like mere road rage.

I’m assuming the police haven’t released a description of the attacker, because that’s a great idea when there’s a nutter running around with the capability to burn someones face off.
