People always miss off per capita in such stats.

This. Too many statistics like that are framed in a way that makes issues like this look far less prevalent in certain communities than they are.

Hard to not see that as deliberate manipulation by the media in order to downplay issues and abuse which are clearly widespread and problematic within specific demographics.

Well, i looked at some stats from the met for 2021

46% of suspects were white European,
12% were asian
32% African-Caribbean

so not an obvious pattern, given the ethnic breakdown in london .

50% were aged under 30



So statistically we are looking at young white men as the common attributes
