I will say it to anyone's face, it's my opinion I couldn't care less that a lot of other people disagree with me.
It's something i feel strongly about I wouldn't want anything like this for my children.

You strongly feel that if you had a severely disabled and life-limited baby that you'd want it thrown in the incinerator?

Congratulations on stating the obvious, I mean who would? Who would want anyone to suffer from this condition?

Read the OP.

Ahhh my apologies, didn't realise it was the same dude. That is indeed totally inappropriate language to be using.

What's the procedure in regards to Antenatal care and termination here? I suppose it's not like screening for downs syndrome where there are specific tests required and even they can't be 100% accurate.

I don't know where to stand on this one :/ Poor little thing.

The way some people go on how it makes no difference, they would. Or would they, I think people are very hypocritical about these short of things. Very accepting when it's someone else but if it was them, things might be very different.

Not necessarily but it wouldn't be coming home with me.

Yeah that's true, it's easy to judge from a distance.

To be honest that's probably one of the genuinely scariest things I've seen for a long time!

Poor little thing. But what is its prognosis for quality of life moving forward?

This is what I'm on about, I'm fine with other people wanting to bring them up. But if a parent doesn't want to it shouldn't be forced on them. As is the case with the article the mum is refusing to feed it.
I couldn't and don't want to. At the end of the day we're animals, any other animal on this planet would just walk away. Some things are worse than others, but this seems a bit extreme.

Poor kid.

I have never heard of this before, I hope there is no suffering and they can grow to be healthy and achieve a good standard of life.

I think non viable fetus and therefore a crematorium is the correct language.

But the poor kid isnt a feotus, its a baby.

Now we can all argue over when a baby develops consciousness and becomes self aware until the cows come home but the fact is the baby has been born and suggesting to throw it in an incinerator is vile.
