Just donated a £5 it asks

"If you'd like, you can change the name and message that appears with your donation"
then a link which i follow then asks for receipt number fine so far, but underneath that it asks for last 4 digits of card i donated with but i used paypal and i cant get passed this.

Any ideas would be much appreciated, if i can get buisy n sell stuff over the weekend will drum up some donations .... but it's still be good to know how to get past that darn 4 digit thing so when i donate people know why or who got me to do it.
