I think it's a pretty hard thing to balance for hamilton. Ultimately he needs to look after number one by preserving his own position whilst also looking out for the teams interest. It's all a bit of handbags tbh and is funny to watch nico have a mini-meltdown over.
Hamilton is loving it and you can tell. Hell I think seb is even enjoying it lol.
I think most are enjoying it, Button's face in the thursday press conference I think it wasn't right after Spa but maybe last race or last few races of the season he said along the lines of if Hamilton drives cleanly it will be a clean race when asked about problems between them on track. Button's face is utterly magic, a complete "how in the **** did you just say that" face. Maybe same press conference they were asking Alonso about who he'd prefer to driver at Mclaren with, Button or Mag, with Button right next to him.
In terms of Hamilton driving for the team, meh. If I was a boss there I'd say, establish a decent gap... if you get to a say 30-50 point gap then prioritise finishing 1-2. Rosberg will likely be his closest title rival over the course of the season and with no sign Merc won't smash the CDC, why does he need to prioritise the team.. at least yet.
