Realistically it's more important, or worse, if you're forward of your box than offset to the side. It's still odd, they should be announcing why it's not a penalty.

Hamilton 'cut' the corner, but also gained a place off track and they got irked that he gave it back in a way that helped Hamilton.

Here Perez was ahead, lost that position by going off track, came back on track behind Massa and passed him again, never a chance he'd be penalised for that.

The gap between Perez and Mag is ridiculous considering where PErez started. PErez passed Kvyat and Massa, those to cars are 23 and 30 seconds behind Perez respectively.

Massa has lost 30 seconds to Perez in the space of what, 6-7 laps now.
