Chips...

All over!

removes the effort of " accurate dipping" and each chip is different some will have little sauce, others a lot more sauce.

Pass me over couple slices of bread so i can make a chip butty :)

edit: Must add some chilli sauce/peri peri suace all over aswell :)
 
I don't use ketchup, but I do like a bit of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, which gets placed on the side of my plate. Or if I'm feeling fancy, I'll use the little sauce ramekin that I may of may not have stolen from a Harvester restaurant.
 
When using condiments for chips, it’s on the side of the plate, nothing worse than having to wipe sauce off of fingers after grabbing a chip covered in sauce
