I love Christmas and I feel this one is going to be better. i haven't had many good ones recently but i think this time is going to be different.

I've already started shopping so i can spread the cost out (And also i couldnt resist the baby clothes when i was out in Canada!!)

I went to Squires garden centre today and I found a Gingerbread House Kit. Everything is included all you have to do is put it together and decorate it with the candy provided :D

they had some great xmas stuff in there and it really cheered me up - i love buying people presents :D

and 2 weeks after xmas its my birthday - yey January sales, cant wait!!!

Not me, absolutely loathe it.
Ditto.

To those that enjoy Christmas, I hope you have a great time.

But leave me out. Completely out. I want nothing whatever to do with it. The sheer commercialised exploitation of it all makes me want to puke.

My advice to you find somewhere where you can work over christmas (the place i worked gave triple time for working on christmas eve :D )

Christmas time
mistletoe and wine

Children singing Christian rhyme.
With logs on the fire and gifts on the tree

A time to rejoice in the good that we see.

Edited to say:

Cliff isn't out of his Wimbledon outfit yet - Christmas comes around so quickly these days!

Christmas times starts 2 weeks before 25th of Decemeber, its getting earlier each year, decorations going up in November. The sheer amount of compaines that rely on Christmas is shocking, I dont mind people going mad and buying presents for family members and putting up decorations but when its done months before christmas it takes away that special edge.

altho on the plus side, everything is shut and no one is out making it a good day to go skate without people getting in your way

I was always told xmas shouldn't be thought about until the weekend after bonfire night! If only the shops thought the same!

Woo, bonfire night! Strapping empty deoderant/gas cans to Guy Fawkes is cool. Make a cool sound, like a grenade :p
