Thought this was interesting.

Cinebench23 13700KF 6100Mhz First out the box test. I just literally booted the 13700K set 61 single core boost to 56 all core.

So since first test not sure if clock streching, nor prime stable, not that I tested it but looks good for not trying yet.

My use case is PC gaming so I will run around 5800 all core clocks.

Cinebench23 Single without recording 2294- below normal setting,so not sure if good or bad, clock streching,I need to actually test.

what temps and clocks does it get in prime95 sfft?
Do not know yet,not sure if I will test prime95.I only PC game.Have crap 360 AIO.At 280 Watts the CPU is hard to cool, need waterloop and then still will be hard to cool.I can say as I expected hotter than the 12900K's I owned by far. I am testing 5700 all core at the moment.
I will do AIDA64,CInebench and some others ,here is a screen so far.Cinebench running CPU + voltage over curve for stability testing.

Cinebench 5700Mhz all core score. So single off by almost 200pts from 6100Mhz .So I guess first post was not clock stretching.

Have you tried to undervolt the CPU to see if it helps with temperatures?
Well I just started overclocking testing new CPU.Takes awhile for each clock for stability.
Handbrake two hr encode and stuff like that. Now need to game a few days ,then move on to 5600Mhz.I am thinking up to 5800Mhz but happy with default settings also at 5300Mhz for PC Gaming.

13700KF 5500Mhz 1Hour Cinebench R23 Test Voltage and Temperatures HWinfo64. 84°C Max .
Simple BIOS Settings 5500Mhz
Offset Voltage= -0.0800
LLC 4 on Asus Motherboard Auto voltages on everything else

Well if any of you have Fallout 4 it would be interesting to see how Raptor Lake stacks up:

Nice. Can you clarify the Offset Voltage? -0.08 or -0.8?

You notice any difference vs 7700x? General os responsiveness etc?
No I did not, only difference the AMD 7700X got a couple more FPS in games I tested at 4K which was a nothing burger really.7700X remains my most favorite CPU ever but the AMD motherboard did not work well with RTX 4090 so I got rid of it.
