Cinema Paradiso disc rental price increases

I'm lucky to have three CEX stores in the area which is great for picking up bargain Blu-rays. I don't bother with 4k as regular HD looks great on the QD-OLED anyway. I've ordered from CEX online just once and it took ages to arrive.

Streaming is handy for quickly putting a film on, but Blu-ray is still more of an occasion and obviously the full quality video and audio is what I'm after. I only buy Blu-ray films that I know I'll watch again many times.

I've got two decent HMV's nearby as well for new titles or box sets I can't get at CEX. Recently got the Alien 6 film collection.

My wife still can't get used to me saying I'm off to the CEX shop because I pronounce it with an S instead of a C.

The only thing that was annoying, CEX charge delivery on every single disc, even if it comes from the same store.
Seems a bit cheeky! Will be more careful in the future. Kinda thought they might be coming from separate stores.

If you ever buy new, HMV do that "refer a friend" scheme, think you get something like 20% off purchases, and its one of them things you can take advantage of for all future purchases.
