Good news and bad news...
It turned out that it was just a case of trapped air mainly in the second rad, which we sorted fairly easily
Bad news is that when we powered it all up after sorting out the loop, the mobo (Asrock X79 Extreme 11) decided to be an utter
**** and wouldn't power up properly or even show
anything on it's debug display to give a clue

The onboard power/reset buttons wouldn't even light up...
Everything was plugged in as it should be and it was a genuine baffler... I'm truly gutted for him

I've advised him to RMA the board and maybe go for something else, perhaps an Asus model.
I shall return when he gets that sorted out and we'll add another rad and get to work on prettifying dat dere monster rig because justice must be done.
A Caselabs TH10A is massive btw
