Circulation problem

uncle petey is one of the more knowledgeable people on here.... If i were having problems and he offered to help i would have bitten his hand off tbh

Looking at you rig i can tell you the auqua stream pump isn't up to it. It will throttle it self and not run at full speed due to pressure drop. I would run either two loops separate or 2 D5s in series.

if you monitor the flow speed i bet you a tenner it goes up and down like mad.

It's late and it might be my eyes but how tight is the tube bending where it joins your second rad? Can't make my mind up if it looks kinked - what fittings are being used that I can't see in the pics - ie: out rad 1 and into rad 2.

Good spot. It also looks like there's a bubble of air, but again it could be my eyes too.

Fitted the new d5 vario pump sucked water very fast and filled the loop. There is more movement than before esp. in the cpu block but no bubble shaking in the res.
There are large bubbles. You may be right about the second rad.

Try it so the water is going from the res into the D5, then the D5 into the Aquacomputer pump then around the loop and back to the res (serial pumps), if THAT doesn't get things moving then set it all on fire and tell the insurance company soccer hooligans did it.

looking at your loop. res>pump>gpus>cpu>360rad>360rad>res .this could be a factor,i would probably have gone ,res>pump>cpu>360rad>gpus>360rad>res.maybe the loop config you have now is one cause of your problem ?

2pumps ? Is that really necessary?
BTW that bubble in that photo I just posted is the biggest I have seen, rocking the pc didnt do anything to help it.
Pete send me your email pls.

Tbh, I think that a single D5 should be able to deal with that loop. I ran a similar one with triple parallel and the only thing different was that it was on a single 1080 rad, rather than 2x360.
You could try switching the flow around as mentioned above just to see what happens though.

As it is now, I don't think that rocking is going to do much to shift that air. Pretty much flipping the case is gonna be necessary.

@Ragnahex
You're too kind :)

1080 rad?

You've got enough space - so unbolt the radiators and wiggle them around in all directions to remove all the air.

Like we said originally - probably just air trapped that you've not correctly removed. Getting this right comes from experience and listening to the advice of others.

If you weren't so far away from me, I would have come round and helped you - not for any suspicious reasons other than you've posted here asking for help, you obviously don't know what you're doing, and I have experience/knowledge and I've gained so much from this forum and its members, it's my way of giving some back. This would have been the same for Uncle Petey, but well done on annoying him so much he's retracted his offer!
