City fibre says my address is now live, but I'm unable to order it with any ISP

I've got neighbours who can get it but the whole street was dug up at once and they are further along the line than we are so am not really sure what is going on with the rollout. Might see if I can get through to someone who won't take "computer says no" as a final answer.
Ring the ISPs.

when it states you can get it, under that for me it gave a list of ISP's.
Maybe best to find a manager from cityfibre in your area to email if not

Yeah I phoned up Vodaphone already and they said it's not showing as able to get it yet. They only show up to 200meg service, other ISP like EE and Zen show 900meg but I'm pretty sure that's the BT network not the City Fibre network coz the upload is only 110 meg.

Just did the checker again I guess it pays to read it properly lol. It's saying "Our network is now live outside your home. Register below and be the first to know when you can get connected with one of our broadband partners"
So although it's live we still can't get it. They laid the cable March last year, they don't seem to be in any hurry.
How long did it take from this point to being able to get it for you?

for me they laid the cable in october, and live in feb
Zen also shows me 900 but 100 upload avg and we dont have BT fibre here

EE show me being able to get 900 x 100 as well. I thought the ISP through City Fibre should show 940 meg x 940 meg. I don't think it's very clear what is City Fibre and what isn't

id call to ask, u might be able to get some info. at least u can see which isps offer u 900 down.
I didnt go for Zen as it didnt show the correct upload but also Air Broadband for me were cheaper and said 1gbps up and down

I just tried that isp and it does say 1gb up and down is about to go live in your area, guess it's gonna take a little while longer, but that isp is a good way for me to see when it does go live, so thanks for that
What's your latency like with them for gaming, if you get the time could you tracert something like the BBC

Looking at the better internet dashboard here (which shows one network stuff in a more friendly way plus active properties).
The latest roadworks left in my natural barrier (before the main trunk road), is scheduled to be done by 25th feb, so I expect for me thats the absolute starting point of any activation window, as city fibre tend to activate blocks of streets together.

My mate had this with Zen, it only showed the Openreach speeds but Zen confirmed on the phone that it was CF and the full 900/900. He doesn’t have Openreach FTTP at his house.

thanks... Vodaphone is who I ideally would like to go with, especially if I can get it at the £35 some people are reporting that would be fantastic.

right ok thanks for that. It does seems a bit confusing here as we do have the BT version too. Definitely want to make sure its the city fibre symmetrical package I'm on

It’s nice to have the choice! But definitely call your preferred ISP and ensure it’s on CF. I also would choose them for the upload alone.
