Remove the gunk with a clean tissue/cloth and then clean it with a slightly damp tissue/cloth if you don't have any proper cleaner.

I too need some of this, I have noticed some Isoproyl Wipes, would these do the job?

Should do. Tho you can get 500ml of iso-propyl for under a fiver at that great auction site in the sky.

Cool beans, OT how is the XTX treating you Cob?

Tbh I haven't really had the chance to test it yet. It runs sweet, but my machine is primarily a folding rig and I'm waiting to buy another 2gb of memory before spending a week or two on HL2.

I use Akasa TIM cleaner. Dab some on, wait 30 secs, and it just wipes off completely in one motion, all shiny underneath. :D

That is good stuff, and as someone has previously said - it smells lemony fresh too :) But if you get it on your hands, then it's a bugger to get the smell off lol.
