Hmmm, is that why the director has been quoted all over the net when I search for "cloverfield baby" saying the one and only monster was itself a baby.
Meaning still only one?
Thought it was a good film. As someone has also stated, if it was on at the Cinema again Id pay to watch it again. Although Id give the huge Nandos meal before it a miss.
Also for anyone who already has it on DVD, towards the end of the movie when the film flips to Robs recording of him and Beth on the Fairground wheel, look carefully at the sea behind Beth and you'll see the monster drop from the sky into the sea.
No it was a satelite google it
I'm not saying I know either way (And of course it would have to have a family somewhere) but there's no real indication that I saw in the film of there being more than one monster.exactly a baby, where did the baby come from, meaning it has a family or a mother.
Then they've put that meaning on it at a later date, because that's not where the original title Cloverfield comes from.its the satellite which disturbed the creature so far underneath the sea, also cloverfield its called because after wars, leafed clovers grow everywhere.
Cloverfield was once just the code name for the film and is named after the street upon which the production company, Bad Robot Productions, is located.
Terrible film, I nearly fell alseep in the cinema quite a few times when I went and saw it.
I agree.Everyone is entitled to their opinions.
But we seem to have too many emos and critics in here![]()
The critisicm some films get because they're not 'OMG best film ever!!!'
