They got a guy up on stage to basically hurl a racist insult at most of their employees.

At my workplace we have started being made to do educational course type things on racism. We will have talks or sessions about it. There is a massive desire to be seen as doing everything possible to give BAME (which I think we were told is now not the correct term and outdated) the best possible chance and resources to feel that they can excel. There are even sponsorship programs to boost their careers if they fall under the BAME category.
