I remember when threads on this sort of SJW nonsense used to be dismissed by people as just fringe idiots on Twitter... well now look at what has happened - these ideas have spread among teachers, HR professionals etc... lots of humanities and sociology types are suckers for this - lacking the numeracy and critical thinking skills to see through it.
Apparently, timekeeping, objectivity or things like politeness are examples of "whiteness" and somehow negatives... if a proud black woman wants to just go off on some rant and start yelling or swearing then it would be considered "tone policing" to ask them to cool it down a bit etc..
Lots of this became popular after all the BLM nonsense last summer - people genuinely believe that black people are at some huge danger of being shot in police interactions simply because they're black etc...
See how way off some perceptions are with reality for example:
I remember a few months ago someone was IIRC adamant about some shooting incidents being an example of obvious racism within the police but when asked if US police forces are clearly sexist too as they shoot way more men he had no answer, just went off on one at even being asked the question.
Imagine someone defending a concept of blackness and deciding it would be useful spread - say attributing things like gang membership, absent fathers, unhealthy diets, propensity for violence, wanting instant gratification/rewards, obsession with status... etc..
Also I wonder what, for example, Asian Americans or Nigerian Americans think of re: things like punctuality, politeness, objectivity etc.. being associated with being white.
