Yeah i know, but either he is or he's deliberately putting out false information to further his agenda. Which either way isn't a smart thing to do as it's very easy to debunk

It's got absolutely nothing to to with your race, but you've got a long way to go.

Whoa, are you suggesting that arrogance, ignorance and looking down your nose at people and the like is not a race thing? Better let Robin DiAngelo know..

Yeah I lied about that, Im not working on it at all. Those are some of my better qualities. ;)

I guess the more worrying thought is you have been indoctrinated so much you believe this sort of thing is acceptable

Still don't really believe it, I just can't see anyone with 1 brain cell sitting through these "training" courses.

And when you get sacked for not complying?

I think it is laughable is about all. The fall out is comedy genius though. Farage and some on here complaining about racism is ******* hilarious.
Guess if I got sacked for not complying I'd have to believe it to be reality. Still a load of crap though.
You could fight for constructive dismissal if your views are that strong and well known. :p

I remember when threads on this sort of SJW nonsense used to be dismissed by people as just fringe idiots on Twitter... well now look at what has happened - these ideas have spread among teachers, HR professionals etc... lots of humanities and sociology types are suckers for this - lacking the numeracy and critical thinking skills to see through it.

Apparently, timekeeping, objectivity or things like politeness are examples of "whiteness" and somehow negatives... if a proud black woman wants to just go off on some rant and start yelling or swearing then it would be considered "tone policing" to ask them to cool it down a bit etc..

Lots of this became popular after all the BLM nonsense last summer - people genuinely believe that black people are at some huge danger of being shot in police interactions simply because they're black etc...

See how way off some perceptions are with reality for example:

I remember a few months ago someone was IIRC adamant about some shooting incidents being an example of obvious racism within the police but when asked if US police forces are clearly sexist too as they shoot way more men he had no answer, just went off on one at even being asked the question.

Imagine someone defending a concept of blackness and deciding it would be useful spread - say attributing things like gang membership, absent fathers, unhealthy diets, propensity for violence, wanting instant gratification/rewards, obsession with status... etc..

Also I wonder what, for example, Asian Americans or Nigerian Americans think of re: things like punctuality, politeness, objectivity etc.. being associated with being white.

Extra points for mentioning Farage again. Not sure why you find it laughable, thus sort of crap is creating racial tension where it didn't exist before.

Yes this sort of furore does. Although that racial tension was already there for a lot of people. #alllivesmatter

Its still not up there with the go home vans or the brexit campaigns to make people hate foriegners or the last racist Tory Mayoral election campaign or the future PM saying racist things, in my opinion but well you know lets forget all that and worry about some stupid work inclusive crap.

Your rational thought is because you are non-woke and a sign of your oppressive ways.

You can't reason with this new wave of .. lets face it.. more so well off middle class farmers market type people that take the moral high point on anything and everything.

Who forgets?

This is classic diversion tactics. 'Look at Farage' seemingly making this sort if thing OK in your eyes. Just like the climate change deniers 'But China'.....

Ern no. You might not forget but Id like to see the posts of the very same people complaining about all that stuff. Or more to the point defending it.

Who are the CEOs signing off on this crap? Everyone knows its ******** and only the 0.1% care.

That's what I've been wondering. It seems very odd that those in positions of authority at the top of organisations (CEOs, directors, etc) seem determined to promote this kind of woke nonsense and divisive rhetoric.

Do you think it's an attempt to distract the public from wealth inequality to keep those at the top in that position?
