"So a good few people have the game early, people are playing campaign and what not. A few people on twitter have uncovered something no one has mentioned and it is pretty big. Once you finish the campaign, it unlocks a mode called "Nightmares". The locations seem to be the same as the main campaign but it adds zombies, objectives and story apparently. Take this as a rumour for now as it could be photoshopped but so far the prospect of a Zombies Campaign is looking likely. How deep this will be is not known but is a very cool add on either way."

Looking like it's a definite thing now. They really have thrown literally everything into the kitchen sink. A supposed 10-15 campaign (much longer than previous entries) with optional online co-op, the series staple competitive multiplayer components, Zombies making the return more than ever it seems, probably will also have that lil' arcade game which was pretty good, NOW a different variation on the single player with it's own dedicated story line and mission structure? EDIT: ...and proper, officially supported modding tools (...custom zombies anyone?)
Wow I haven't played COD in ages (feel like they dropped in quality somewhat when looking at MW3, Ghosts, AW...), but I can't deny they aren't fun to pick up n' play sometimes. Actually getting really hyped up for this.
Treyarch are easily the best thing to happen to cod imo (and the new 3-year dev cycle seems to be helping a lot too.)
