COD4 MP Live arranging thread

i have the game but not console I ordered the PC version and stupid idiot of an etailor gave me Xbox version.

have fun tonight though guys :D
 
Sorry, ended up not having a chance to play. I saw your first invite but was away from the 360 with my kids. I'll be around all weekend for some action though :)
 
Its as I said it would be though a week after this game came out. No one's bothering with online from here. If this game had've come out in june this thread would be 20 pages long already. people have finished it and moved on to Assassins and Mass Effect.

I'm not a big fan of playing randoms so once I finish it this weekend hopefully on SP, i'm gonna sell it or trade it.

I've been playing online every day! But I see what you mean, would be better if a lot more OcUK people would play it.

Yeah that's what I meant badly worded :) For all the bluster in the 'official thread' about it being Goty no one much is playing it online from here.

I don't think Ocuk is all that great a place for online games anymore, by that I mean the memberbase is so fragmented with games your lucky to get 5 people that still own or play a game 7 days after release :D

I've been seriously considering binning my live sub when it runs out in feb. Everytime I look through my last player list it often says upwards of 20 days since I last played on live. I reckon I can quite easily get away with 48 hour codes from games I buy whenever there is actually games going on.

I work shifts now anyway 4 on 4 off so will find a lot more time during the days where no doubt it will mainly be single player for me.
 
Same for me, my MP time has been almost nil in the last few months. I'm either around at times when nobody else is, or the times when most are on, I only have half an hour so it's not worth jumping in.
 
I know what you mean; i think that's why gamerscores etc are a bad thing sometimes; too many people addicted to getting the points and moving on.
When the 360 first came out we could easily get rooms full of OcUK people, was fantasic. People were often turned away because so many wanted in.

I'm not gonna sell this one, online is just amazing. I will be on later if people fancy it.
 
Yeh its a shame we struggled to get more to play last night, 2v2 etc is ok but its just not the same as a good 6v6.

I was waiting for an invite yesterday but by the time i got one i'd already been invited to another party, i'll definatly be going on later though if anyone wants a game
 
What happened last night. I got kicked from the party for some reason. Enjoyed the games even though I don't play much TDM and never played Domination.
