Not a fan of COD but this looks interesting.

Fingers crossed they go back to their roots, cod1-3 were epic, especially 3 online. Before modern warfare came along and stuck the franchise in a rut ever since.

However my bet is itll just be a ww2 reskin of the same old cod formula with a 20s single player campaign and the ranking system sucking enjoyment out of the online, probably trying to follow battlefields lead without looking like they're copying them.

Well well..... maybe just maybe I might be interested in a COD since I last play COD MW2!

It seems they have preempted Dice somewhat with this.... clever move as logical next step for BF is WW2.

Oh yea and COD2 was epic!

Not touched CoD since MW (the one with Nuke town). Fingers crossed there are no levels (xp), perks, drops, vehicles to drive. etc and it's just a on the ground run around and take cover affair. Simple game play is what this needs.

agreed, cod3 online was just the best, none of this high ranking kids with no spare time owning you with better weaponry, but proper dynamic team gameplay where everyone from a sniper to a well placed anti tank guy can swing the tide of a battle.

Somehow I think anybody expecting this game to be like old school COD will be very disappointed.

100% agree.

Sledgehammer Games turn this year.

I give this the KLVSlbB.png

Day of Infamy and Rising Storm 2 are what this year is about.

Have the masses not yet learned what these guys are about...?

Mediocre games for £40-£50 with a million pounds worth of DLC.
