Tbh. Just be yourself, get to know people. Keep it on a level with everyone. And just enjoy it. Don't go there acting the big shot, and also don't be too quiet. Help others as I'm sure it will be their first time also.
 
I'll try not to be too quiet x3 This will be my second time at College so prehaps I can tell them its not as bad as you think if you try hard and not mess about (which i did. I nearly got kicked out :/ )
 
Firstly, you look stunning from that pic a couple pages back -- exactly the type of girl I tend to like, but that's neither here nor there. Secondly, it shouldn't be that hard to "blend in", as there's a 24-year-old Romanian guy in the other class of the Computing course I'm doing, and he seems to have befriended many of the lads over there (16-19 year-olds mostly).

Just be yourself and good luck. :)
 
In my opinion you'll be fine. I started college a couple of years ago at 21 also and made friends perfectly fine (although I wasn't sure how I'd fit in). It also helps that you're not doing a "doss" course. The chances are that it won't consist of all 16 year olds, but the majority will be.
 
Okies thank you everyone I will try my hardest x3 I will be myself as I always see theres no point in being fake! I'll ignore the evil ones and concentrate on my college work more than anything anyways!
 
i went back at 21 and it was no big deal, if you make it an issue it will become one.

enjoy it, there's nothing like being a student again :D
 
Indeed.

I think the motivation of been older, and seeing how important a good education can be will help you be an ideal student.

*I still think you should dress like a kid from the 80's :D

Do you have a pencil case ? haha I've never had use for one since leaving school, and even then it was always full of random things ! never pens :/
 
I'm going back to education in September however the course I'm doing is specifically for people who have been out of education for a while so i'm guessing it won't be full of 16 year olds!

I'll be 23 but look quite young, i'm sure you'll fit in fine!
