tbh I think most people don't hate Generals as a game, its just the fact it had Command and Conquer in the name.
And it didn't play anything like C&C, it had more in common with Total Annihilation imo, but thats also much better than generals.

Read my mind. As much as I love seeing GDI & Nod (I hope Kane is around!) does anyone even remember Ten Decades? I just can't see this being good and after shambolic Generals (so buggy that I took a sledgehammer to the cd)

I'm not getting my hopes up. I did that with Ten Decades despite me knowing that EA would screw up and they did for the most part.

That'll be why, it was apalling for multiplayer, story, originality and balance. Very poor game overall.

I wish the tards at EA would just make C&C 2D again. I'll never understand why everything is made 3D and slow. That's why WarCraft 3 sucked so hard compared to StarCraft... the poofy hero thing didn't help though.

Now now, releasing a new game will not tarnish the old ones. I'm all up for them trying to make a decent game, I just know (like TFD) that it will disappoint.

I really hope this is good. But if they are using the Sage engine it sounds like it could be a cash in. I will buy it even if it sucks anyway . Don't let EA see that.
