No specs have been released.

You pay to visually customize your army, or to earn points quicker. It's not "Pay to win".

There are plans to make Oil this new element in the game very scare which will add to its difficulty (make it near on impossible) but you can buy it freely, it will end up being pay to win. I will not be buying any games where the DLC is like that.

First general's was an epic game, if the new one isn't going to be like that and all this pay to win and doc crap, it can count me out!

Yup, as said above. They scraped the idea of Generals 2 and made it a F2P game instead. Pretty disappointing.

You can't blame them for making **** games, because people still buy them.

EA's business model relies on churning out crap games at breakneck speed, and they turn a rather nice profit doing so.

Blame the punters who keep buying EA's crap.

Hmm, this looks really naff from what I've seen. C&C games have always been about the story and singleplayer for me, but this doesn't seem to have a proper one anymore (just a few tacked on missions which are going to be DLC from the looks of it)

Cancelled then. Wonder how much they wasted on this project. Wish they could make a decent C&C game. Really miss the original decent ones.

Should have stuck with the old game only updated it, HD quality would have been nice but yet again they go down the lets try and bleed people dry route!!!
