thanks. When i create a new skirmish nod and skrin are greyed out

This was mentioned earlier on in the thread but I can’t seem to find it on a glance so it’s faster for me to type it back out:

1) Click the dropdown box of the option you want to change
2) Hover your mouse over the option you want to select [Not sure this is important but I haven't actually tried it without doing so]
3) Press AND HOLD the first letter of the option you want to select (G for GDI, N for NOD, T for TURTLE etc...)
4) Click left mouse button. (Do not hold)
5) Release the letter key.
6) Enjoy.

Have been playing this. awesome game.

I think I prefer Nod over GDI though :D

Mainly for flame tanks!!! :D

Why not upgrade them with 4 Beam Cannons?

Where is your air defence?

That was done after I took a pic, 16 stealth bombers patrolling the perimeter, and sams all over the place in case of air strikes, the game was on easy so bit overkill hehe.

hehe, I know the feeling.

on RA2 I used to think I was the absolute nads then I would turn the difficulty up to Hard and completely pwned :o

I think I'm correct in saying that Tiberium silos are pointless? Money should be spent, not saved - so they're just for noobs right?

I'm now onto playing hard enemies. Really really good fun, but I haven't played as NOD yet.

If you've got 3+ refineries and 6+ harvesters, you can easily rake in more than you're spending especially if you're fighting - so silos do serve a purpose :)

You're limited to how much credit you can have at a time.

So you do need them, otherwise additional Tiberium coming in will be wasted.

I suppose that's a point. I've started learning hotkeys and it makes building units a lot quicker whilst controlling a battle, so I still haven't really needed silos.
