I dont understand why so many people are putting stuff at the bottom of the wallpaper, most people have a task bar/dock that will cover stuff up

Apart from that it's not bad. I'd move the logo a little more to the right and up. I like it when things are sort of in the corner but not quite in the corner, if that makes sense. Plus as said earlier it's covered by the task bar ;)

Also the red on the logo bit is a bit distorted. Might want to fix that.
 
Thought I'll join in on this one, created my own version of the logo as the provded one was a jpeg with no transparency, so in order to make high quality edits to it I had to create my own.

So here's what I came up with, something simple but elegant, you could say...
