Considering selling the Insignia VXR. What to replace it with?

All the decking without terram or geotextile is making me cry, you'll be cutting weeds and grass out the gaps in 3 months, I pulled the turf up then layed a terram over the top, all well and good but I didn't put enough fall on it front to back so it stays wet and gets slippery.

I haven't seen a single weed/bit of grass in 2 years. I guess no sunlight = dead plants.

My house is very small but when I did my bathroom it cost about £1200 this included 3 piece bath/sink toilet , wooden flooring, plastering work, fitting. bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling.

Back garden cost me about £400 as my dad loves gardening, no labour, used a lot of old rocks, cleaned them up. Looks realy nice.

Agree with whats been suggested, no need for him to sell up the car to pay for these expenses.

re all this decking, make sure you treat it before laying. (I deliver tons of the stuff, its rarely properly treated and as a concequence, tends to rot quickly)

If you mean mine, then the the grass is going and I have the geotextile, I got the wood though and got a bit excited about making the frame first.
