Constantly being hacked , bluetooth

Well for starters I haven updated the Bios since i got the board.
The anti virus doesn't detect anything strange.
The usb stick is reappeared when going to disk management and sorting it out there.
I just want a resolution , if i reformat windows I am certain this fiasco will happen all over again.
You guys are obviously more knowledgable than me but we can't pinpoint this issue exactly, been very apprehensive about touching my setup again.

I've heard of No Effort November, but this thread takes the biscuit. It sounds as though you just want a quick fix, but in reality it's not going to be that simple.

Create a USB stick with the latest BIOS (0703 at time of posting) on it. Create your Windows installation USB stick with another computer. Completely erase the OS drive. Reset and update your BIOS. Reinstall Windows.

The above is the cleanest way I can think of resetting absolutely everything. Using your USB stick in another computer removes the possibility of your current machine infecting the stick again. Erasing your OS drive before updating the BIOS should remove the somewhat unlikely possibility of anything malicious installed on your drive interfering with the BIOS flashing process. Then reinstalling Windows ensures you have a operating system you can have a high confidence in being clean.

If you reinstall Windows, why on earth would the above happen again? Disable Wi-Fi and bluetooth and anything else wireless if you want to remove the possibility of anybody outside your house sniffing wireless devices. I do think this is unlikely, however.

I have heard of wireless keyboards and mice doing their own thing. The cause usually turns out to be old hardware picking up interference from something else, such as somebody else's wireless device. I have also seen wireless mice behave quite randomly when the battery level is low.

Hate to disappoint you but you wasted a lot of time typing that out. OP will reply with some other random thing ignoring everything. Sound advice nonetheless.

...may i suggest at least running Malwarebytes AdwCleaner to get a report of anything suspicious on your system)
Personally i don't think it's anywhere near as sophisticated as a BT or UEFI hack, no offence to the OP but most 'hackers' simply wouldn't waste those sorts of resources on a nobody.

I suspect what's happened is the OP's installed some sort of remote desktop software (either intentional or unintentionally) and they saw whoever remoted in accept a BT pairing request followed by some other stuff and automatically assume it was BT related. Just checking what's installed through add - remove programs would probably show something like team viewer.

Thanks I will try this and get back to you. But it looks like a constant attack from some subhuman.

1. Click Search on taskbar, type in "msinfo32" to find what BIOS version you are on now. If it is 0502 or older then you will need to download latest 0703. If you already on latest 0703 then you dont need to update BIOS.

2. Make sure you download the latest Intel wifi 6E and bluetooth drivers from Intel website:

3. https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/uninstall_view.html

Please can you download and run Nirsoft's UninstallView v1.47 app, click View on menu and click on HTML Report - All Items, it will open a browser you will see created completed list of all apps you had installed on your PC then please hold on Ctrl + A buttons which will selected all highlighted texts and then right click mouse to copy and paste on your reply post on this thread, it will created a table.

Here my example of few selections:

We will need to have a look at your created uninstall list for anything suspiciously that your neighbours hacked from bluetooth or wifi to installed apps like teamviewer and other apps that caused issues on your PC.

Its true, not being paranoid but i have s***** nieghbours.
Also I have a purchased windows 11 pro usb stick but now when i press f8 iy doesn't appear in the boot list?
Purchasing a Windows USB disk seems like a waste of money, you could have created this for free.
Update BIOS to the latest available for your board and reset all settings. Create new Windows 11 install media using the media creation tool, and start from scratch.
If there's no antennas plugged in, your wi-fi/BT range will be awful. The likelihood of your master hacker neighbours being able to connect to your computer through multiple walls is basically nil.

Stop being ignorant.....

Updating the BIOS and reinstalling Windows seems a bit extreme IMO, especially when (as i suspect) all he'd need to do is look through his add - remove program list for anything he doesn't recognise as something he installed or better yet just do what AthlonXP1800 suggested and post the list of what's installed.

And while he's at it running Malwarebytes AdwCleaner to get a report of any suspicious malware.

You realise applications can be hidden from the add remove programs list, right?

Are you also aware applications can also be hidden from all scanners?

Formatting, updating the bios and getting all windows updates is the only real answer here.

I am. However that requires a level of sophistication that most people simply wouldn't bother with, at least not some guy next door or your average support call scam.

I'm not saying it's not more sophisticated but it's normally better to start with the basic in these sort of situations (Occam's razor), something the OP has done as they immediately jumped to it being something to do with BT.
