Continental Football **spoilers**

Looks insane tonight ive lost count of how many times he has made great crosses into the box!

53 goals between the barca front 3 so far this season in all comps thats just mind blow stat.

They are also pretty damn solid at the back too they press very high up the pitch kieta is a wicked holding midfielder. Cant wait to see them against an english club in Champs league.

whose played more often at barca, Yaya or Keita, we should be whichever one they don't want anyway :p

54 between the front 3, not half bad that :p

Just that crap Messi who screwed up the pattern tonight, he needed to slot one in so they all had two. ;)

At times, his passing and crossing are garbage, especially at the start of the season but he's now settling in his role at Barca and looking the part.

Yes at the start of the season I thought he was a huge turd, hadn't really seen any of him before that so was unsure if he was in awful form or just hugely over rated. Seems it was bad form, though in general Barca started the season badly, took them time to settle in and get over last year.

The last point is the main thing, they aren't the best players in the world, well some are, I'm saying they aren't easily the best 6 attacking players in the world bar none, the reason they are so good right now is the play for each other, they press very hard all game long all over the pitch. The defend from the front just as you should, they SO often win the ball back in midfield before the opposition gets a chance to trouble their own defence. They are good because they have quality players of course, but its because they are working so effectively and hard. its a pleasure to watch, not only great players, but great players who put in the effort and win deservedly.

Hell the attitude is just right aswell, Eto'o hugging the keeping and looking apologetic after his penalty. He could have been an arrogant sod but he was just, really nice about it. Not to mention it was a damn superb calm perfect penalty aswell.

The pressing thing is very true drunkenmaster you see it all the time a lot of the time they are winning the ball back before its at the half way line. Constant pressure applied and it forces the other team into mistakes and its paying off big time for them.

Pep has the right attitude as well keeps telling the media to calm down and dont go over the top with its apprasial of the players as it keeps them level headed and as he says they havent won anything yet.

Yup its on thursday 9pm I believe, why do they have such late kick offs btw?

Was just debating this before actually in my house. :p Best reason we could come up with is the Spanish lifestyle, they don't eat till late, normally work quite late (after siesta) so makes sense to have the footy late I guess, dunno the exact reason though.
