I know. Ive got more to worry about that cleaning my rented house that im not going to be living in much longer. Well actually, i havent really. Sure my landlord hasnt had any rent since august which bounced anyway and we have £800 worth of gas leccy and council bills.

But im in reasonable health as are my family and friends

I'd rather boil the chicken. Looks like it could do with some kind of sauce as well, but I've forgotten the name of the one I'm thinking of :( it's some kind of creamy peppery effort.

peppercorn sause? Next time i do it ill do the same but add spices then fry it with whatever else to give a bit crispyness/colour

to be fair, the recipe actual ingredients to the dish aren't "unhealthy", its just the way it was cooked. if you cooked it properly it probably would look and taste a lot nicer -

i.e.
- add onions first, and saute until browned
- perhaps parboiling the potatoes first, then drying and dicing them into nice cubes, then frying until fairly golden,
- dicing the chicken then stir-frying it to give a nice brown colour
- add a splash of worcestershire sauce, and perhaps a little grain mustard (+ seasoning)
- don't use dill :p

edit: actually tbf some of it is fairly browned, but sort that chicken out ;)
