Ended up buying King Prawn in Szechuan sauce with a silly big mountain of chips.

Dont think it could top your curry though Jonny.

Jonnys curry looks much better than this heap of crud!

The recipe looks tasty however i'd most definately substitute the prawns for chicken, beef, duck or pork. Not a seafood man myself.

Anyone after a nice curry should try out a Chicken Chaat Masala (sp?), cracking dish.

Good recipe, but I would fry the spices in Ghee before adding the base. Emphasises the flavour.

Ooo bloody hell, i forgot about this thread.

I did infact try cooking it that night and it tasted awesome. I used chicken instead of prawns with mine though.

i really doubt my gf would have gone in for that =/

Did this with chicken last night. came out a good deal browner then the pics. was afraid to taste it until it was all finished but wow was it good. you could taste all the different spices that went into it. Thankyou so much for the recipe!

i only just got round to trying this, half way through cooking it now.

for some reason mine didnt end up like this, was yellowy and not that good blitzed, more lumpy.

mite be because my hand chopper upper/blitzer thing is rubbish.

Hey, there's loads of updates on this I missed! Great to see lots of you gave it a go, makes it really feel worthwhile posting my cooking threads!
