Cooking with Jonny69: Pancakes

Although we intended to make our own batter, there's no batter mix left at our shop. So I'm definitely making it :) I'll take your theories on board, as I was originally making it more eggy than that. We shall see.

I'm cooking for 5 though, so can change halfway through if they're not very good :p
 
Always found golden syrup too heavy for pancakes, prefer the simplicity of lemon juice and sugar. Lashings of.

Heavy as in taste, not weight. That probably makes less sense, ah well.

Whats the best way to keep them warm? I dont want to cook, eat, get up cook more I just wanna do a few then yum

If you just cook them all and leave them on a plate (in a safe place where other people won't start munching them) you can just shove them in the microwave for 30 seconds :)

plate, sheet of kitchen paper between each one (or just on top of the plate), stick in a low heat in oven.
