I use a similar recipe to Spies only I add a tablespoon of butter to the pan and swill the excess into the batter instead of the veg oil before making the first pancake. I don't add more than a peanut sized blob of butter for each pancake after that.

Id just like to add an improvement that Jonny69 missed from his recipé.

You may add more women if you like but they must mix well, otherwise they can comprise the others ability to prepare the pancakes. Nothing tastes better than when its cooked by a female that can cook pancakes.

Hats off to my mates girlfriend, who made 5 lads lovely pancakes! Good karma!
