fried corn beef until its a little crispy on the edges, mustard, brown sauce and 5 minutes of peace and quiet and im in a happy place!! its almost on a par with a bacon sarnie!

This thread has just prompted an 11.30pm dash to our main Tesco (the only shop open here until midnight on Saturday)... The result is 12 lovely soft baps with corned beef, onions, chopped baby tomatoes, deep green lettuce and salad cream... Curse you, OcUK!

However they are definitely Godlike.

OCUK I have come into this thread to unleash the Keenan family recipe for the ultimate corned beef sandwich.

Ingredients :

Corned Beef
Bread
Red Onion
Butter
Grill/toastie machine

AKA a corned beef toastie. It will not work without the red onion so dont even try it.

For anyone that bothers to make it I guarantee you will love it
