Are those Nytol herbal tablets any good because as time goes on, I seem to be sleeping lighter and lighter. A fly farting can wake me up.
I haven't felt well rested in absolutely ages tbh.
I tried them, they do work as in they helped me get back to sleep easier. I do a lot of tossing and turning so this helped for the short term.
Listen to whispering / soft speaking videos on YouTube. Sounds a bit fetishy but it knocks me the **** out.
PS - you do not walk 2 miles in 20-25 mins.
Probably have insomnia.

I found that not eating anything for a couple of hours before bedtime helped me.
