** Corsair 750D - Available to pre order NOW **

Will the price go up after stock lands?

its a corsair product so we stick to RRP as everyone carries it.

stores going lower than RRP are simply trying to win sales but all it does it annoy one of the most popular enthusiast brands on the planet and ensure they are not allocated stock for future launches.

we like corsair, they like us. so I try to keep things that way :D

and do you have likely landing date ? :)

Cheers

nothing yet. i am hounding for an eta as i type.

Another mini-review here.

Somewhat disappointing about the bottom fan intake design that prohibits placing a standard 240mm radiator there, without compromising storage space.

hey guys

in stock now and shipping.

majnu, the ssd mounts can fit 2.5 mechanical 'laptop' drives in them

obviously a desktop size 3.5 mechanical drive will only fit in the drive cages in the front.

This was a nice case and I was really considering getting it. But I have a triple rad that needs to go in the roof and a dual rad which needs to go in the front or bottom. But I also need the storage space.

It looks like it's going to have to be an NZXT Switch 810 for me

To me it looks like a half-way house between the 900D and the 350D.
Doesn't have the watercooling potential of the 900D and doesn't have the small size of the 350D.
Price is good but generally seems like a pretty standard case, perhaps a little limited on the 5¼" slots and a little overkill on the 3½" slots.

The Obsidian series cases (which I believe this, the 350D and 900D are) strike me as odd cases for air cooling as the airflow seems quite limited (compared to say the 540 AIR).

That's interesting. Perhaps rjkoneill could confirm one way or the other.

Edit:
Although a closer look at the picture shows no fans attached to the rad.

Yeah, looking at that picture I don't think the front screw holes line up. It's a pity they didn't take another 5 minutes to fit it (possibly with a couple of fans).

Yep, more's the pity that Corsair didn't design the case to fit a 240mm rad there :(
