WHat is everyone using to filter the bottom vents? I'm finding dust starting to build up around there. I don't want to have to buy the Dmcflex filter set as its like £80. All i want is to filter this particular vent.

If you have positive pressure in the case you won't need to use any filters at all (except on the fan intakes) as air will be moving out of the case. Dust will never be a problem if you follow this golden rule.
I know it's obvious but I'll say it anyway, positive pressure is achieved by having more fans blowing into the case than out.

Hi Matt,

The 540 Air Demciflex filter for the bottom is 148 x 313mm.

So this "should" work:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Silverstone SST-FF142B Magnetic Fan Filter - 320x155mm £5.99
Total : £8.96 (includes shipping : £2.48).

I think Matt knows that tbh.

Have you modded the bottom Matt? I created a ghetto solution that I have yet to fit yet, must stop playing BF4 and browsing here! :)

Theres a pic, (possibly in this thread) of a mod for the bottom using a peice of upvc fascia board as a cover. Really tidies up the look of it.

I installed 2 cheap 80mm fans on the rear and it brought temps down to mid 20's. Cost £10 for the fans and grilles.

In saying that I might have been looking at another screenshot.

Temps much better here, i'll keep a close eye on it tonight and post back if I see it increase. Not sure where I got 38c/40c from.

My 540 Build has been reduced to this!
I had so many issues with the motherboard and cards!

Now I have replacements so I am stress testing everything before putting it all back in under water!

PITA lol.

I'd have this case for sure if they put 3.5" bay above the 2.5" ssd rack there, the lack of 3.5" support with a case of such size is what is disappointing for me. Looks like a really good case.

Do what I have done :D about 7 posts up. Or even you wanted you could buy a 3.5 cage and mount it in there.
