Corsair H50 Water Cooling Kit

He thinks he paid for a 4ghz overclock, and also thinks he has a stock system. Wouldn't like to guess if he's right on either count, but it's definitely not corsair related so he's basically just spamming this thread.

sorry i was only posting here to say how I set up the h50 really as I only bought it cause of this thread, but that there was no point posting temps yet as it seem sits running stock speed, all bios settings are on default/auto whereas i though they were meant to set it up. A bit of topic, appologies.

Have to say though the h50 was easy to install. Used the video from the Corsair website which made it a breeze and its nice to have lots of space in the case rather than it be taken up with a huge heatsink!

Which of these would work best? I have no other exhaust or case circulation, by the looks of it i can fit a 120mm fan next to the hard drive bay. (see pics below) I might do this but turn it around so its blowing over the graphics card and north bridge (though it might just be hard drive heat??)

< Corsair fan. Radiator < Noctua NF-P12

< Noctua NF-P12. Radiator < Corsair fan

> Noctua NF-P12. Radiator > Corsair fan

> Corsair fan. Radiator > Noctua NF-P12

well i have installed my H50-1 and im having issues now.
the cpu temps are fine 78c max with 4.2HT problem is now my motherboard temps are up to 67c from 59c becuse now there is no thermalright ultra 120 fans in the case blowing air over the motherboard.

need to fix this asap though i dunno where to fit more fans lol

Ok added 2 more 120mm fans right above the motherboard northbridge and temps have jumped from 67c to 54/55c much better, also droped temps on on my cpu from 100% 4.2GHZ I7 from 78c to low 70s :)

going to add another 3 120mm`s in the next few days lol

i think i have about 12 120mm fans in my system now ? is there a rule to how meny fans you put in your system to cool it cause i think im going overboard lol
