Chips taste so much better cooked in lard or dripping. There are very few chippies nowadays who do

Wish more places in the UK did Berlin-style currywurst chips:

I reckon this would hit the spot after a night out.

Now you're talking! I very much like the combination of chips, sausage and reduced tangy tomato with some spice. Very similar to what I make once a month or so.

Is that a curry seasoning on the chips and on top of the sauce? When I make mine I incorporate the curry powder and spices into the tinned tomatoes.

I had that for Dinner last night. Me and my flat-mate made it ourselves. We forgot to get the curry powder to sprinkle over the top though
