So I might have been optimistic - will be getting a physio session next Friday to see what has happened to my hip/adductor/whatever... And will then start a new log. :D

Steedie gets his wish! I will be ending this log as I am going to have to rethink how I train: it now seems I will have to ease off squatting for a good long while and/re-learn how to squat a different way. This is due to possible damage to my hip cartilage... Which needs to heal, and then needs protecting.

So no competing and possibly no more weightlifting. :(
