I've used opskins quite a bit aswell with no problems.
And no I didn't have to send them any info, just signed up and paid for the credit with paypal, which leads me to my only criticism of opskins is that you have to buy their credit in set amounts.

Used them to sell anything? Currently debating about getting rid of my AK and buying a nice knife. If I don't need to send ID then I will quite happily use them.
 
I have a chroma 3 case to open only why I'm tempted to buy a key but as it's an old case I doubt I'll get any decent skin from it? I miss old days when people made them for fun and could just download any skin or the old day skin packs haha

It has the best UMP skin in the game but otherwise I dont like that case. You could do the maths, add up all the lowest prices for each skin in the case then divide by the cost of the key (and case). Whichever skin collection has the highest number is most worth it, aprox.

I miss when you could make your own sprays. So some people would upload a gif of a Terrorist firing a gun and spray it on a wall and wait lol

Add me dude, there may be an easy way to trade your AK into keys keeping as much possible value, then that into a knife! Happy to help if you wish.

Old vid, they did fix that quite quickly to their credit. I think canals is a temporary stop gap, they got zero intention of keeping it in. Thats skywalking, used to be a common thing. I'm probably remembering source and cs but on dust2 you could walk above Short A and peek into Long from the steps area etc. Nuke you could become a giant I think, like on this vid but during a normal game

Has anyone noticed the console command fps_max to make a difference in how smooth your game feels?

I've been running at fps_max 300 for a while and yesterday I set it to the same as my refresh rate (144) and the game felt a whole lot more fluid, and like I had more fps than previously.

hint for anyone who want to rank up: don't play dust2.(maybe even inferno)
I do mirage, cache, overpass, cobblestone. Less people on these 4, but at least you won't be paired against someone who has 500 hours on D2 alone, and knows every spot by heart.
 
I've had 5 matches on canals I quite like the map, does need good team though! Out of 5 matches only had 2 were myself and the random worked as a unit other games most people just wanted to get high kills wouldn't plant etc
 
So I have just had a guy add me after playing casual (its all I play with over 300 hours to my name, ..I know..) is messaging me to join up with him and sign up to csgo gambling site and he can rig it because he is an admin. His boss does not pay him enough so wants to go 50/50 with me. He wanted me to pick out a random person in the pot at the time to prove he was a admin, he was adamant for me to pick anyone out. I said no, not interested, as I guess that's very illegal and tbh I really have no clue what is going on on csgo skin sites nor care for them. I never signed into the site with my steam ID, the guy has a shady profile too, only 150 hours and is a csgo site gambling admin?, plus all reps signed were from the few friends on his list he had, which is growing rapidly also. Obviously the guy was going to scam me in some way. Just curious as to what exactly he would have got, my steam account? my rubbish skins?

I could only guess either phishing your steam account, or requiring you to deposit a minimum value before withdrawing. Could work by pretending you won a £50 item and only need to deposit £5 to enable withdrawals.

Reps on profiles aren't worth anything, scammers often do rep for rep posts.. as in 'you write this on my profile and I'll do that same for yours'.
 
csgosavages is the site. I am not into gambling skins but it seems active. I have googled the scam and can see it happens often with a few minor differences. my skins are rubbish anyway and he happened to ask the guy who questions the smallest of gambles (2p slot machines? we all know you lose in the end:P)
 
So after being out of PC gaming for nearly 10 years picked up some bits and built a new pc.

Back in the day I pretty much only played CS (started playing it in '99), had a quick go on CS:S earlier but doesn't seem to be much in the way of decent servers that aren't Russian or weird mods.

Get our fibre internet in 2 days then shall be purchasing CS:GO and hopefully have a lot of fun again :)
 
Yep csgo is worth having. I didnt buy for a while either because the previous cs but it does add something new. Theres modded servers on this too, retake mode is maybe my favourite as the rounds are literally no longer then a minute.

Mr Pusher - that certainly is a scam. SAdly I know someone who lost a knife that way and even worse its someone who is just a young player starting out in cs.

The account that did it (might be operated by a few people I dont know) I spoke to for a while to guage the scam. The site I was referred to deposit my skins was entirely operated for the purpose of the scam. I informed valve of the operation and they take no action.
Very expensive looking steam, when I looked he had multiple knives. All his friends many thousands in their inventories, apparently he lives in Dubai.

The last link is a proper rep check. Its very sparse as most of us arent traders and wont show up. The one clue is one his friends is known and banned there.

Another site I use, checks VAC on friends list. Of course this can be for any game, valve in their infinite wisdom keep the info pretty low but if someone has a quarter of friends banned it usually matches up with weird plays in game. Also shows former accounts associated
 
I have turned on my CS GO after well like a year of nothing (I remember I was LE) Lost 2 games and one tie and one tie and I ma MG2...dust2 seem to still be the cancer but I like that map :D Maybe I should grab Banksy next time I see him for boost :D
