Ok, we'll make a deal. I'll pay for my shots and YOU have a stroke instead. Ok?A claim was made that shots were free. Claim was refuted. I don't see what your lengthy point was.

No, I knew it was bad from the start. In fact I believe I started the very first thread concerning COVID on these forums back when there was just a rumoured leak in Wuhan.@Malevolence
Before you started at the hospital did you think COVID was exaggerated or did you know how bad it was but now know it's worse than you thought because you now work with it?
The shots are free to the normal use of the word "free". The claim was not refuted.
Sore arm for me with Covid booster for rest of day.The covid jab this time was very mild except for a stiff shoulder. However the flu jab made me feel lousy for two days after.
The profits of pfizer, moderna and the like (i'll exclude AZ due to the documented deaths that C19 "vaccine" caused before it was quietly withdrawn/disappeared) went through the roof. That profit did not come from any free bag of freeness.
Good! That's fantastic!
We want companies that do good to rake it in. Nice to see companies like Moderna and Pfizer rewarded for doing enormous good. That means they'll invest in future vaccine production research and facilities so next time we might even get our free jabs even faster.
It also nothing to do with whether the Covid jab was free or not, and even less to so to free flu jab, @Flibster referenced. "Free" refers to the cost to the end user not whether the thing was paid for at some point, or whether it has any value. This isn't some special use for the NHS, it's how we talk about free stuff in general. This forum is free to you and me, but someone is still paying for the servers and administration necessary to keep it running.
People also forget that the first company (I forget) threw over 2000 experts at it and they dropped everything else which has never been done before
They also threw 50000 volunteers into trials including me from June 2020 to December 2020 and you get idiots who say it wasn't tested properly, name another time where so many people were on trials and in one country?

If you're going to call people idiots for saying it wasn't tested properly, at least not be the guy that is an unwitting whistleblower to it... not being tested properly:People also forget that the first company (I forget) threw over 2000 experts at it and they dropped everything else which has never been done before

Maybe you've mistaken something here, but they should not have been picking and choosing who received a placebo in the trials. When I was told to go for my first jab in Jan 2021 I was then told I had a placebo in my trials because of all my co-morbidities.

Went to Sainsburys today - mask wearing dropped off a cliff compared to 2 weeks ago, must be the warmer weather. Do you live in Narnia? No masks round here for monthsforums.overclockers.co.uk

It's not as if this was a one off either:
